Terry Rodgers is a famous American artist, well known with his portraits of upper middle class party people. He has had solo exhibitions in Amsterdam and Milan, and participated in group shows around the world. In the United States he has had solo exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Chicago.

Terry Rodgers paintings depict nude glamour. Men and women, undressed chicly, usually with a drink and wearing a lot of jewellery gather around in one room. The paintings exhale wilderness and light.

Rodgers asks friends, acquaintances, professional models, and, sometimes, total strangers, to pose for him in a photography session. He then chooses most successful photos and builds up a scenario, where he puts together different people from the pictures.

Such celebrities as Paris Hilton and Kate Moss have also been spotted in Rodgers paintings.
